Know What's Covered
Read your plan now and review it before filing a claim to ensure that the stain or damage is covered.

File On Time
Initiate a Claim by calling the toll-free number on your plan OR by clicking the image.
Complete and mail the form to Guardsman, along with copies of your plan and receipt, if required.
Allow 5+ days so that your Claim Form arrives within 30 days of the day you first reported the problem.
Watch What Happens Next
We will usually send a Guardsman Furniture Technician to your home.
Damaged parts are sometimes replaced. We may, in some cases, replace your furniture.*
