Read your plan now and review it before filing a claim to ensure that the stain or damage is covered.

File On Time

Initiate a Claim by calling the toll-free number on your plan OR by accessing a Claim Form here.

Complete and mail the form to Guardsman,® along with copies of your plan and receipt, if required.

Allow 5+ days so that your Claim Form arrives within 30 days of the day you first reported the problem.
